Pre-wedding Organization

  • Scheduled initial phone conversation to get to know you, your wishes and collect details about vendors you may have selected and the overall feel for the day.
  • You will have unlimited email and phone availability to us for questions.
  • Provide an FAQ sheet to help with initial wedding questions to ease your mind and get things started for you.
  • An on-site visit and Detail meeting discussing all details that create a seamless wedding.
  • An organized Diagram and Timeline will be personally created for your day.
  • Vendor recommendations and Vendor confirmation calls will be provided.
  • A Ceremony and Rehearsal worksheet will be provided to help us orchestrate the rehearsal (or as we call it, run through) of the wedding day.
  • Photography reminder/suggestions will be provided to help you be prepared.
  • Suggested rehearsal dinner locations will be provided as well as transportation and Invitation vendors. We also have an extensive list of unique vendors for you!

Wedding Day Management

  •  On-site management three hours prior to your wedding to oversee the set-up of venue, greet vendors and guests, direct rentals if applicable allowing you to enjoy the day.
  •  We will work alongside the venue director to assist them and work as a team.
  •  We will place décor at the appropriate areas; ceremony, cocktail, and reception.
  •  This will include the essential décor of menu cards, table favors, cake cutters, toasting glasses, seating assignment boards or cards, ceremony items & sign-in items and signage. Other personal touches for décor will be discussed at our meeting.
  •  Oversee flower placement and the pinning of personal flowers.
  •  When possible we will transfer flowers from the ceremony to the reception to save you money on your flower budget.
  •  Manage the seating of guests both at ceremony and cocktail hour into the reception working with the DJ or MC.
  •  Gather bridal party for Grand announcement.
  •  Distribute final payments and gratuities if applicable.
  •  Oversee the gathering of gifts and card envelopes you receive to the assigned location.
  •  Discuss with your assigned family/friend the details of your personal decor to be removed at evenings end.
