This package is designed for the bride and groom who need planning assistance. We will have 3 separate meetings prior to your event date either in person or over the phone for out of town couples. There is a planning meeting, a detailed meeting and a final meeting to complete your ceremony and Reception diagrams and to create a working Timeline of events for your wedding day as well as phone consultations throughout. The fee for this Full-Service planning starts at $3500.00 and includes Day of Event at no additional charge. Here are a few items that are included in this package.
Full-Service Package Includes:
Our first meeting is an initial phone (for out of town couples) or in person Session (Up to 3 Hours) to determine Budget, Theme, and Décor. We will create an overall Concept and discuss a plan of action.
- There will be subsequent phone consultations every two weeks for the first 3 months, and once a month as needed until your wedding date.
- Unlimited email contact for questions, concerns and etiquette advice
- TWO Coordinators for every event (one main contact and one additional Coordinator Assistant for Day-of-event).
- We will provide vendor referrals for Invitations, Photographers, Bakeries, DJ/MCs and musicians, Officiates, Rentals, Florists, Linens, Chair covers, Transportation and Lodging information.
- We will attend 2-4 Vendor Meetings of your choice. We recommend your Florist and Rental Show Room (and up to two others of your choice if applicable).
- We will follow-up with your Vendors confirming arrival times and special needs.
- We act as the liaison to your facility during the planning process and attend 1 meeting with your facility.
- We can assist you with seating assignment ideas and how-tos.
- We will provide you with Favor ideas and unique reception ideas.
As mentioned Day-of-event service is included with Full-Service planning (see Lavish Package page for details, this is a $2000 savings included).
If you want to reserve the date we require a $500 deposit for your Wedding Package.
